What Are the Order Deadline Dates?

• For 1 WEEK SESSIONS ONLY: Packages must be ordered at least 1 week prior to start of camp session to allow for shipping.

• We accept Visa, MC, AMEX , & PayPal.

What is Your Refund Policy?

• No refunds on orders cancelled after the order deadline dates.
  (see deadline dates above)
• There will be a $10 fee for canceled orders for orders canceled prior to pkg. ship date. Once the package has been shipped, no cancellations allowed.

What Are Your Shipping Fees?

• Shipping to Camp Thunderbird - $5
• Shipping to all other camps - $10
• Shipping more than one package to the same camp and same session?
        - $2 will be added for each additional Camp CarePkg

What Day Will My Campers Package Be Delivered?

• In most cases your package will be delivered during the first few days of each camp session. Camp CarePkg coordinates package deliveries with each camp based on their policies and procedures.
